Q: What shipping options are available?
Online orders will be shipped UPS. We (do not) ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact us if you are interested in an expedited shipping on your order.
Q: What could cause a shipping delay?
Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email.
During the holiday season shipping delivery may vary.
Q: Is there a cost on returns?
If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Please see Return Policy.
Q: Shipping Policy
We offer free "standard ground" shipping for purchases over $100.00 destined for delivery within the continental United States, with some exceptions. Oversize shipments may be subject to an additional charge which will be determined at time of order.
We ship via UPS. Expedited shipping is subject to an additional charge. We do not offer international shipping.
In the event you receive your order damaged or items are missing it must be reported within 5 business days to us at email@example.com or call us at 210.654.0774. Claims must be reported by invoice number and part number. Fuel Injection Specialties will arrange for return shipment of the product.
Q: Return Policy
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to return. To obtain an RMA, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 210-654-0774. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number! Please include a copy of the original receipt with your return. All returns must be postage paid. No COD or Freight collect returns will be accepted. All returns must be packaged properly. We are not responsible for damaged returns that resulted from improper packing. Shipping charges are not refundable. Open Box Electrical and Special order items are not returnable. Returns may be subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.
Refunds for returns normally process and credit within 10 days from the date we receive your return. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card.
Q: New Product Returns
You may return any part to Fuel Injection Specialties within 90 days from your date of order. No returns will be accepted after 90 days has expired. All parts must be returned in their new, original condition with the original packaging and documentation. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return product. Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to determine that product is in new, unused condition.
Q: Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Product Returns
If you were sent an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us at email@example.com or call us at 210.654.0774 within 5 business days from receipt of product. We will issue a UPS pick-up return label for the return of the product. Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to determine that product is in new and unused condition, and confirm incorrect, damaged, or defective status. If it is determined that item was used, no refund will be issued. Parts damaged due to improper installation or abuse are not returnable.
Most parts are warranted by the manufacturer, usually for 90 days from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise. Parts used for racing or competition carry a manufacturer's defect warranty only. They are not warranted for breakage or wear under any circumstance. If you are returning electrical parts for warranty consideration please email customer service, as some manufacturers require the parts be sent directly back to the manufacturer. Fuel Injection Specialties reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any parts that show evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer.
